Lesley Anderson, M.D.
Dr. Lesley Anderson received her
BS from Penn State and completed her MD at Hershey Medical School
(Penn State) in 1976. At UCLA, Dr. Anderson was their first female
orthopedic resident. She completed a fellowship in knee surgery and
sports medicine at the Blazina Orthopedic Clinic and has been at the
forefront in developing biologic resurfacing techniques of the knee
for the past 15 years. Dr. Anderson is certified by the American
Board of Orthopedic Surgery, and is a fellow of the American Academy
of Orthopedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of Northern America
as well as the first woman member of SICOT, a prestigious
international organization of Orthopedic Surgeons.

Kyle D. Bickel, M.D., FACS
Dr.
Kyle Bickel received his medical degree from the University of
California Los Angeles School of Medicine. He completed his
residency in plastic surgery at Stanford University Medical Center.
He also received specialty training in microsurgery at the
Department of Microsurgery, Transplantation, and Replantation at
Davies Medical Center in San Francisco and completed an AO
International Fellowship in Hand Surgery in Bern, Switzerland. Dr.
Bickel also completed the Hand Surgery Fellowship at the Curtis
National Hand Center in Baltimore. He was Founder and Co-Director of
the Hand Surgery Service at The Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Bickel
is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He maintains
membership in numerous hand and medical societies, including the
American Society for Surgery of the Hand, where he currently serves
as an Associate Editor.

Jeffrey L. Halbrecht, M.D.
Dr. Jeff Halbrecht is an
orthopaedic surgeon in private practice in San Francisco. He is a
graduate of Columbia University and New York University School of
Medicine. He completed his residency at the Hospital for Joint
Diseases Orthopaedic Institute in New York. Dr. Halbrecht is an
active member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America and
the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. He is also a
Master Instructor in Arthroscopic Surgery at the Orthopaedic
Learning Center in Rosemont, Illinois and a reviewer for the journal
Arthroscopy.

Kevin W. Louie, M.D.
Dr. Kevin Louie completed his
undergraduate education, Phi Beta Kappa, at Tufts University. He
attended medical school at University of Michigan, receiving his MD
in 1980. Dr. Louie completed his surgery internship, orthopaedic
surgery residency and a fellowship in tramua/orthopaedics at the
University of California San Francisco. He is a member of the
American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Medical
Association, as well as the Western Orthopaedic Association where he
has served as a member of the Board of Directors, First Vice
President and President. Dr. Louie is an active staff member at
California Pacific Medical Center and is an Associate Clinical
Professor at UCSF.

Vincent C. Marino, D.P.M
Dr. Vince Marino has been in
practice over 15 years as a Podiatric Foot and Ankle Surgeon
specializing in surgery, medicine and sports medicine of the foot
and ankle. He is double board certified in Podiatric Surgery and
Foot & Ankle Orthopedics. Dr. Marino earned his Doctor of Podiatric
Medicine degree, graduating Cum Laude, in New York. After completing
his surgical residency, he moved to California in 1988. He is the
past Chief of Medical Staff of Pacific Coast Hospital and the
California College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Marino is the foot and
ankle consultant for over 15 insurance companies and is a
State-appointed Qualified Medical Evaluator for worker’s
compensation foot and ankle injuries.

Dr. Gene Wolf is a graduate of
University of Bordeaux School of Medicine in France and completed
his orthopaedic surgery residency at the National Orthopaedic and
Rehabilitation Hospital in Arlington, Virginia. He is
internationally recognized for his pioneering work in the
development of arthroscopic surgical techniques for the knee and
shoulder. He is an active presenter and lecturer in the Arthroscopy
Association of North America and the American Academy of Orthopaedic
Surgeons and a Master Instructor in Arthroscopic Surgery at the
Orthopaedic Learning Center in Rosemont, Illinois. Dr. Wolf also
serves as the Director of the California Pacific Shoulder
Arthroscopy Fellowship Program at California Pacific Medical Center.
